Educational Qualification: The desirous and keen individuals must be Graduation Degree in Law/Any Subject, Engineering Degree in Civil / MOT II Class Motor Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping, Certificate of competency as Master of Foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping.

Age Limitations:
