Educational Qualification: The desirous and keen individuals must hold Basic Health Worker (Women) Training Course from a recognized Board / University / Institute.

Application / Examination Fee: '

• Processing fee of 300/- is required from candidates belonging to General/ OBC Category Candidates to be paid.
• Applicants belonging to EWS/SC/ST/PWD) are required to paid Rs. 150/- as processing fee.

Age Limitations:
